Before calling, you will find things go smoother if you have the following:

  • Your e-mail address and password

  • What version of Windows or the MacOS you are using

  • Any specific error messages that you are getting

  • What you are doing when the error occurs

Prior to calling, try restarting your computer once and make sure that the problem re-occurs. Please note that technical support cannot answer non-Internet related questions.

CrossPaths.net Technical Support supports Windows2000 and later and MacOS X 10.0 and later. We do not provide technical support for Linux, Windows95, or other operating systems beyond providing our manual server settings.
